Quick Toning!

No matter what body type you are, everyone can use some toning! Take 15 minutes out of your day, that you might use to be watching T.V or sitting on the computer and try these out! These are moves from a ballerina turned Hollywood trainer.

1.) For a Tight core

Lie down flat on your back with one leg resting on the floor and the other crossed over it. Lift the top leg to 90 degrees and slowly lower it. Repeat 40 times, alternating legs. 


2.) For lean Arms

Stand in first position ( feet turned out, heels touching) and raise arms in a high V with the palms facing out, then slowly lower arms into an inverted V Repeat 40 times. 

3.) For a toned booty!

Stand with your torso upright, hands resting on a countertop or chair back. Lift one leg behind you as high as you can while keeping your hips square to the front, and pulse up 50 times.
