Bye Bye

Eyes!

Using tea bags for eyes is an excellent way of reducing puffiness and dark circles. I tried this method and it worked very well! Tea bags include lots of caffeine and tannins and are full of antioxidants which soothe the skin. 


1.) Make a cup of tea with two tea bags, or two cups of tea. 


2.) Now put the tea bags in a plastic container.


3.) Then store that container in the fridge. The bags need to be cold otherwise heat will cause more swelling and puffiness. Cooler temperatures will help to reduce the swelling.



4.) Now keep them on your eyes for 15-30 minutes. Relax! I lay down and listen to my iPod !
