Make your own
pore strips!

Have you ever tried Biore's nose strips? They are amazing, and so much fun to look at after you're done using them. They make your nose feel soft and clean out your pores very well. But they can get pretty expensive. So this is a recipe to make your own homemade nose strips!

What you'll need

1.Honey
2. Milk
3. cotton ball or makeup brush

What to do!

1.) Frist combine 1 tbsp of honey and 1 1/2 tbsp of milk in a bowl.

2.) microwave the mixture for about 10- 15 seconds

3.)Apply the mixture with a cotton ball, or a makeup brush onto your nose, chin, or wherever you want. If you use a makeup brush to apply, immediately clean the brush as soon as you apply the mixture.

4.)Wait about 15 minutes for the mixture to dry

5.) Peel the film off once it has completely dried. You'll be able to see what was pulled out of your pores by looking at the strip!

What I Wore Last night
Mixing Patterns!

Mixing together different patters can be fun! I went to a birthday party last night, and decided to mix my favorite gray polka dot top, from Zara, and my aztec print gray body con skirt, from Forever 21. You can mix basically any pattern you want, and they don't have to be the same colors! These two went together well because they were both gray! I decided to add a pop of color with a red scarf, and red bow heels, from Charlotte Russe. For accessories I wore a pearl bracelet from Forever 21, and you can't see my earrings, but they were simple diamond and pearl earrings from Zales.

And yes I got my haircut finally! I love it, its a big change for me, because I have had long bangs since 8th grade.

Tips!

1.)If you have two different patterns, but the color is the same, I promise you they will look fabulous together! Just try it out and have fun with it.!
2.) Accent your patterns with a bold solid color scarf  to make your outfit fun and balanced!
3.) Accessorize wisely! Add a bracelet, necklace or earrings, but don't over do it because it will take the attention away from the outfit!
4.) If you want to mix different colored patterns together, make sure sure you have a neutral color in both patterns. For example, you want to mix a green polka dot skirt with a black background, and a purple and black striped shirt. Since they both have black in them, you have play around with it and make it work!

BangsOnMyMind

So for months now, since october I've been wanting to get bangs! I've just never really had bangs, just long bangs, that wouldn't even be considered bangs! I just wanted a change and an edgy change! I think bangs are fun and you can play around with them.
BUT, i'm so nervous! I've never had bangs before but I will not think about it and just do it! What's the worst that can happen? If they don't look good I guess I can pin them back and wear headbands, I mean hair does grow back.
So i've been looking around for pictures and tip on bangs, luckily i'm somewhat related to my hairstylist, so I know she will do what will look best on me.
So let's see, getting bangs has a lot to do with the shape of your face, They won't look the same on everyone, and there are many many types of styles you can do

So try them out , do a change! Have fun with it :)

*****
Keep in mind, just because you have the same face shape as a celebrity does not mean it will look the same! It will look similar, but other key factors are important to look at, such as your nose and eyes!

If you do not want to bring attention to your nose, do not get forehead bangs, because the forehead is covered, and the attention goes straight to your nose!

 Square

A square face is as wide as it is long but with more of an angular appearance than a round face.

Round
your face is as wide as it is long with soft round edges

Oval
An oval face has a length that is equal to one and a half times width ** I think i'm between and oval face and a heart shaped face, not sure. But these 2 pictures are my all time favorite!

Heart

A heart shape face has a narrow jaw and is wider at the forehead and/or cheekbones
