You are what you eat
Yes, you have heard the saying "you are what you eat" many times, but it is true.. you REALLY are what YOU eat.
How?
We all have up to 100 trillion cells in our bodies! and they each demand a constant supply of daily nutrients in order to function optimally. Food affects all of these cells, and every aspect of our being such as mood, energy levels, food cravings, thinking capacity, sleeping habits and general health. If you feed your body junk and convenience foods it’ll simply lay down fat, lower your energy, even your brain power.
Your food is what new cells are made from. So take a good look at what you have got on your plate. It is about to be a part of you.  If you want your body to perform at a peak level, make sure you are giving it good quality material to work with.

Begin by asking yourself a few questions.
*Do you eat whole foods full of vitamins, enzymes, and phytonutrients that will nourish you and provide the energy to keep you going all day?Or, do you consume empty calories that affect your blood sugar and your waistline

And how do you feel after you eat? Do you feel strong, comfortable, invigorated, or do you feel bloated, stuffed, queasy, or nauseated?

When you wake up in the morning, are you bright, alert, and ready for the day, or do you feel sluggish, exhausted, or congested?

So take the time to think about this, and of course everyone needs some "fat" in their diets for energy, but there are many healthy fats out there, You literally are what you eat, so if you want to be energetic and happy put some effort into your body!
